Returns

Stock items* can be returned to The Weeks Lerman Group for credit provided they are in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Non stock items are subject to the returns terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Should an item become defective within the respective manufacturer’s warranty period, TWLG will replace the item at no charge. TWLG will work directly with manufacturers on our customer’s behalf to secure credit or replacement of any items that become defective after that point, provided that the product was not subjected to unreasonable wear, tear or other adverse conditions.

All credits will be issued within 30 days of the return. The original requisitioner may initiate a return by creating a pick up request on our website or by emailing a copy of our “Request for Return Authorization” form to their assigned customer care team representative. At that time, a pick up will be generated.

Special Order Items and Custom Products

Special order and custom products are those which are not listed on weekslerman.com or in our general line catalog, or those which are available through the general line catalog where customization has been at customer request to the product. Customers are notified at the time of the purchase if an item is customized that the item is non-returnable with the statement “Custom Products” assigned to the SKU indicating a Non-Returnable product.

*For health and sanitary reasons food, beverage or medicinal cannot be returned for credit. Some dated goods are subject to time restraints on returns as well.
